These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ikigai Open Assignment Platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

3. User Content

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Platform.
  • License: By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Ikigai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform or us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ikigai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
